WHAT TO EXPECT
Misfitsss BBQ is currently operating as a pop-up restaurant. This means we're a guest of another business kind enough to share their space with us. And not only is our food inspired by classic Texas-style BBQ — our service is too: order at the counter, we slice and plate everything by hand, and when we sell out, we're done for the day.
Show up early. Our customers typically start lining up by 10am. The line forms outside along the left wall of the parking lot — you won't be able to enter the brewery until Round Trip opens at noon.
Get Comfortable. You are welcome to bring folding chairs or blankets to make the wait easier.
Watch our stories. We can't guarantee every item will still be available when you reach the counter — things generally start selling out around 12:45 and by 2:30 we're usually sold out entirely. We post to our Instagram stories throughout service as items run low or sell out, so you can see what's left before you head over or while you're in line.

Please Understand. We're still a very small operation — a team of four works hard to bring Misfitsss to life, not to mention all the support we get from our hosts. We hate the idea of someone showing up only to find we've sold out of the thing they were hankering for. We do our best to serve as many people as possible, but until we have a home to call our own, we ask that you bear with us.
